Tandoori Magazine was launched in 1994 to create channels of communication for the South Asian food and catering industry. Covering news, views and developing trends in this £3.2 billion industry, Tandoori is read by owners, managers, chefs and journalists across the country. The magazine is bi-monthly and has a total readership of 69,000. Tandoori approached Mansuba to redesign the magazine after reviewing the changing nature of their customer base.
Mansuba created a unique partnership by inviting Tandoori’s editors to work closely with the team, thus bringing the editorial vision into the design and integrating copy with image in a fresh new way.
